- The minimum requirements to watch the movies in adequate quality are as follows:

- Internet-connection of at least 512 kbit/s bandwith

- Bought minutes cannot be refunded.
- The user guarantees that all information provided about himself is true and complete. The user particularly guarantees that he is at least 18 years old.
- User data is not passed on to third parties. All data is strictly confidential and as a matter of course is not stored on the web-server.
- This service is aimed at adults. All access data (username/password) is private and confidential and may not be passed on to any third party, explicitly not to minors.
- The movies on offer have been licensed by Orgazmik Media, Inc. The permanent saving onto any media as well as the distribution or public performance is prohibited and can be legally prosecuted.
- The credit card is charged in the (neutral) name of CLASSIC LINK, which runs this service in cooperation with Orgazmik Media, Inc.
- To minimalize the risk of fraud, we reserve the right to not immediately credit purchased minutes to a user's account and to demand further information to verify the credit card details. If there is any cause for suspicion we can, and explicitly reserve the right to do so, temporarily block an account pending further investigation.
- To ensure a constant high bandwith and quality in our network, the maximum number of connections to our video-server is limited. It is therefore possible that a movie cannot be started immediately and the user is asked to try again later. This entitles the user to no refund or compensation.
- By means of our test-movies a connection can be checked at any time at no cost. The user acknowledges that due to the technical structure of the internet a constant movie-quality can only be achieved when the necessary bandwidth is constantly available from our network to the end-user's device. Congestions on the internet are rare, but they are beyond our control. Any warranty or liability in this context is - as far as legally permissible - waived. Any refund-claims are therefore excluded.
- Aside from the technical facts of the internet we cannot guarantee one hundred percent availability of this service although we make every effort to keep the service available at any time. - ORGAZMIK.TV sends out a newsletter once a month only. At the time of registration the user is asked whether he wishes to receive such a newsletter. It is possible to unsubscribe from this at any time.
- In the case of disputes over the minute-billing the user must prove how many minutes he is still entitled to. In any case the user is maximally entitled to a credit-note to the amount of the latest minute-purchase.
- Inactive user accounts are deleted after one year. Any remaining credit is forfeit. User accounts with an invalid address are deleted without delay.
- This contract is subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
